16/03/2024: Small but welcoming place. The staff is very friendly and attentive in advising and collecting the opinion after the tasting. And ours was positive for every dish. We started with delicious aubergine meatballs and a delicious potato, speck and cheese flan. The Tonnarelli with Chianina ragù is excellent, but great note of merit is given to Brunelleschi's Peposo. A Chianina stew that melted in your mouth. The desserts are also good. We tried a tiramisu made with cantucci biscuits and a Nutella cream with almonds. A menu that brings Tuscan cuisine to Tivoli. What can I say, an absolutely excellent first experience. I don't know the name of the waitress who served us all evening, a young blonde girl.
