Good dishes and ingredients even if the prices are a bit excessive given the expectations! The environment, thanks to the sea view, is beautiful but given the level of the place it is not pleasant to receive broken or dirty menu holders; the same goes for sessions! A few details to review but the food is good

A wonderful environment, with a view of the Adriatic sea of Pesaro (IT). The food was super tasty, the atmosphere was wonderful and the lunch on the terrace of this fantastic restaurant. I highly recommend it to everyone who likes the flavors of fish prepared by the Masterchef of the kitchen. Happy relaxing!🤗

The place is really beautiful: bright and with attention to many details, the location is amazing, surrounded by nature, overlooking the sea and with a "secret" internal garden. Wide choice of wines but above all fish-based cuisine, the point of reference in the area for those who want to eat well and not the usual barbecue. Welcoming and prepared staff. Prices absolutely in line with the quality of service and food, I often recommend it

Gibas è un ristorante conosciuto, si trova sulla panoramica del San Bartolo. ed offre un’esperienza particolare sia per location vista mare che per qualità delle materie prime e l’eccellenza del servizio. I menù sono stagionali e portano alla scoperta dei sapori locali del mare e della terra.
Il menù degustazione offre una selezione di portate esclusive e uniche, abbinate al giusto vino servito con precisione ed equilibro, gradito commento (esprimo la mia particolare soddisfazione essendo sommelier).Rapporto qualitá prezzo corretto.
Una tiepida sottolineatura: attrezzatevi per i tips, il servizio lo merita veramente.

Decisamente in chiaroscuro con tanti lati positivi ma anche qualche area di miglioramento: ottimi gli antipasti sia la tartare di tonno che la battuta di gamberi; superlativo lo spaghetto ai ricci e tartufi di mare. Decisamente da rivedere la vaporata di pescato: insapore ed asciutto . Buono il sorbetto al frutto della passione, decisamente inaccettabile il gelato (sciolto) alla gianduia e senza le amarene. Ottimo il vino Guerrieri mare. Da evidenziare il pane, chiaramente raffermo! Location gradevole, servizio accettabile e costi medio alti.
