I have little to say..... Superior quality in terms of service, courtesy, kindness and....... Dishes that make emotions and flavors explode in your mouth and are impossible to describe.

The food and wine pairing were exceptional. Particularly enjoyed the moscardini and the pork with chestnut purée. Would strongly recommend the tasting menu with the all Italian wine pairing.

Best culinary experience in Rome. First of all, the chef deserves a Michelin star (we only tried the kitchen downstairs which is supposed to be the bistrot in comparison of the gastronomic restaurant upstairs). As to the service, the choice of wines and the bar we were seriously very well welcomed ! Absolutely to try : eggs and truffle (Uovo 64°, Patate, Tartufo e Nocciole), desert (Zabaione Caldo con Tozzetti) with the coffee

Pranzo durante evento privato. Che dire..una sola parola: TOP! Servizio puntuale e cortese, nonostante la sala fosse stracolma. Piatti originali e ben eseguiti. Ambiente curato ed accogliente. Super consigliato!

02/04/2024: To be reviewed, very high price for the location and the quality of the first courses, the second course with excellent meat. Service normal.
22/03/2024: Having ended up in Minervino di Murgia by chance, we chose this restaurant where the passion and refinement of the Chef intertwine with real and natural flavours. The environment is refined and elegant, but at the same time simple. The welcome is pleasant and is enriched by the professionalism of the staff. It was very pleasant to listen to their knowledge of local products.

26/03/2024: Excellent value for money. Friendly and welcoming staff. We ordered 2 menus and he also offered us dessert (very good😋). Clean environment even if not very modern. We will definitely be back 🍀 Thanks to the owner and the staff🤗
