EAT HERE! This spot was directly behind the Duoma. I was wary it was a tourist trap as many of these places are. But man I have To say it is one of my favorite places in Italy. The pizza was amazing - better than the pizza in Naples. The lasagna was creamy, fresh and hot. The service was great. I have Zero complaints. This place should be PACKED out.

The place is located near the cathedral, I ordered a ham and mushroom pizza, the dough was excellent and the pizza was really good❤️

We loved this place so much!! The staff was incredible, it honestly felt like home, we are so happy to have met them. The food was beyond amazing (we weren’t able to find anything comparable in a week and that is food, drinks and service included!) We ended up eating there every single night of our stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality! If we are ever back in Florence we are sure to come back here. Honestly cant find a single bad thing about this place, don’t miss out on it!! We will recommend this place to everyone we know :) Thank you!

12/03/2024: In a noble villa on the green hills of Cerreto Guidi, we find a resort with a modern gourmet restaurant. The room with open kitchen is located in the former cellar of the historic residence. The design of the rooms is very accurate. Impeccable service. Professional and welcoming staff. The choice of dishes is based on three complete menus (fish, land and vegetarian) but with a wide possibility of à la carte choice in the various menus and without any constraints for diners. The wine list is extensive and complete, with priority given to small local producers. Dishes very well presented and made with care, competence and passion by the chef and his team. The philosophy of this restaurant is based on sustainability, on the consumption of local zero-mile products and on the elimination of food waste. Medium-high prices.
