Nice place, a bit confusing Delicious so-so brioche dough

A very popular place both by people from the area and by those passing through, well looked after and with excellent products. Unfortunately I feel like making a small observation because it is not the first time that I have happened to pass by early in the morning to buy their products and find staff who struggle to say hello and are not as positive as other colleagues are. I understand that mornings are hard for everyone, but I also think that when working in contact with people it is essential to have a good mood and in this case welcome the customer with a beautiful smile and a good morning!

Sono arrivato verso le 15.00, e non avevo pranzato. Nessun problema, molti tavoli erano già occupati e il personale disponibile. Ho preso un tagliere con salumi e formaggio, che ho potuto personalizzare. Contorno di verdure cotte, pane eccellente ed acqua minerale. Servizio veloce al tavolo, salumi e formaggio di ottima qualità, porzione abbondante + . Il caffe è quello della torrefazione Giamaica di Verona. Il prezzo pagato è commisurato a quanto ricevuto con una rapporto qualità-quantità / prezzo favorevolissimo. Straconsigliato.

Excellent choice of food and desserts, an OK bakery. Friendly and fast service

Excellent for having a good breakfast, drinking a coffee and having a chat with a friend. Excellent fresh and abundant desserts... Fresh and well cooked food. I highly recommend it!

Everything super...but the sweet pancakes with the. Creams are an indescribable thing.. I had them brought back to Maranello the following week too😀

Nice and welcoming place, frequented mainly by locals or those passing through. The staff is friendly and helpful even if the service was a little confusing (e.g. we had to ask for the accompaniment to the drink), but nothing serious. However, both the food and the spritz were very good at a price that respects their quality. I especially recommend the cicchetti with various flavours. Price around €10 each.

Happened by chance...a wonderful discovery both for gastronomy and for eating at lunch. Excellent value for money (the counter is tempting!!!🤩) kind and reactive staff! If I have the opportunity I will definitely come back 🤗

Sono stato consecutivamente tre volte da Gottardi. Il locale è molto bello, di design, e pur essendo modernissimo ha una splendida atmosfera anche perché é più cose insieme: é bar/cicchetteria/pizzeria, pasticceria, panetteria e salumeria/formaggeria. Un mix insolito. E' tutto tenuto benissimo con una pulizia impeccabile. Il personale é assolutamente gentile e subito ti senti a tuo agio. Tutto quello che puoi mangiare direttamente lì o portar via é di qualità altissima ed é certamente frutto di attenta ricerca, di capacità ma anche di passione. La salumeria/formaggeria prepara al momento qualunque cosa, anche a richiesta, e in continuazione rifornisce la cicchetteria. Ben frequentato da tanti residenti che comprano il pane o la pizza e si portano via cose buone da consumare a casa. I prezzi sono assolutamente buoni per una qualità che é gourmet. Pur non essendo lontano dal centro di Negrar é raggiungibile più in macchina per cui sarebbe bello aprisse una ulteriore succursale ad hoc (ne hanno diverse) che sarebbe frequentatissima da turisti e in particolare da tanti che sono lì a piedi in ragione dell'ospedale. Arricchirebbe il piccolo grazioso centro!
