Griglieria / Braceria Sa Braja In Stintino

Location incantevole grazie al magico mix tra entroterra e mare. Siamo a Stintino ma se ti sposti di pochi metri in prossimità del loro boschetto di lecci sembra di essere in Barbagia ma poi ti giro e vedi il mare di Stintino. Posto unico nel suo genere. Ah, poi si mangia anche......e la carne è cucinata in magistralmente dal titolare su una bellissima griglia a carbone. Ottima esperienza da consigliare per passare qualche ora in spensieratezza e buon cibo.

Abbiamo prenotato a la Braceria Sa braja seguendo le indicazione di Tripadvisor e non ci siamo sbagliati. Location abbastanza sperduta nella campagna di Stintino ma quando si arriva colpisce l'eleganza e la raffinatezza delle tavole apparecchiate. Il proprietario è bravissimo nel gestire la griglia e il forno che sono in un altro locale a vista sulla sala da pranzo. Carne di qualità e pesci freschissimi fanno il resto della ottima cena. Due chiacchiere a fine serata con il proprietario/cuoco ci hanno fatto finire con assaggi di mirto fatto in casa e fil e Ferru da contemplazione. Consigliatissimo

In the heart of the real Sardinians between stones and dried wood, with the cicadas music, the welcome at the braceria in their rustic garden is like a friends country home feeling with a passion for the gourmet food As a celiac (poor options) I opted for a Sardinian meat menu grilled over a wood fire,(my steak was a bit too muscle fiber) but very testy when tender, and a fish plate as a entrance,"" the owner son" suggested me very well the glutine free options left, as a lots food selection from the menu was already finished by the time I went there, but everything worked out amazingly, portions are generous and delicious, Giovanni is a person with contagious positive energy, the wife is a mind set of this place, educated, kind, and very knowledged about the selections of all the best ingredients she's using in the recipe menu.. The price are normal

We had such a lovely dinner here. The meats were delicious! The staff suggested we have pasta to start for the children and everyone loved it. They had it ready for the children to eat first. Impeccable service from the staff, my little boy loved them. They even gave him a dinosaur toy. Definitely recommend this gem, worth visiting!

Posto molto bello immerso nella natura e nell’entroterra sardo. Ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari. Il proprietario è molto simpatico. Cibo molto buono, abbiamo assaggiato la tagliata e poi il sorbetto della casa! Consigliatissimo! ci siamo sentiti come a casa. prezzi onesti. Da provare

Dopo un breve sterrato si arriva alla griglieria buona la qualità della carne simpaticissimo lo staff ti fa sentire a casa

Absolutely amazing place, in a middle of nowhere. Best fish I've ever had, fresh, finely grilled, juicy and full of flavour. Both owners are super friendly. Absolutely recommend! MUST GO when close to La Pelosa.
