Grotticelli In Castellammare del golfo

I travelled alone, the room was a single bed, very affordable, I stayed one night. What makes me give 5 stars is the value for the money. The breakfast is really great, and I got a lovely dog as company:)

We had a small stay with my partner a few days ago, the place is very welcoming, the structure has been renovated and well organised. The hostesses in the lobby are very nice, they explain in detail what you can do inside the structure and what you can do in the surrounding area; for example the coves along the coast that you can visit. The manager of the facility and the owner were very kind. The abundant breakfast with good quality products and a wide and varied choice. We will return to visit this establishment, perhaps we will try their restaurant which is in the start-up phase. Thank you .

Tidy rooms located in small independent bungalows around a central nucleus occupied by the swimming pool. Decent breakfast, located in a quiet area on the hills overlooking Scopello, convenient for those with a car to move around the area. The lady who welcomed us at reception was very kind.

Very clean hotel, beautiful rooms, very new structure, surrounded by greenery, very clean swimming pool, abundant breakfast, super friendly, ideal for those who want to wander around, one minute from the gypsy reserve, and many other places to visit, very nice place quiet, total relaxation

This hotel has a great location for visiting scopello and the zingaro reserve. I was struck by the kindness and attention towards guests of all the staff. Excellent room cleaning. Quiet place where you can relax. Great place.

Great hotel with a beautiful view of the mountains. Nice and helpful service. Very clean. 3 minutes by car from the beach. 45 min from san vito lo capo, 10 min from the reserve. I recommend

After a week at a villa near the local beach, we just spent 2 unexpected extra nights at the Hotel Groticelli (due to cancelled flights home) and we all agreed it's a great place to stay, with amazing views, warm and helpful staff (receptionist helpfully speaks English), plenty to choose from at breakfast, and easy to access. The air-conditioned rooms have spacious terraces in front, and there is a pool (goes to 1.9m deep) for relaxing in, with outdoor showers etc. It's only 40min-drive along the gorgeous coast to/from Palermo airport. The wonderful little village of Scopello is a few mins away. It's busy at night as people come to dine (and dress to be seen) at lovely restaurants such as the Nettuno. The hotel is also a few mins from a couple of excellent supermarkets - one of which is very upmarket with a great range of produce - a pharmacy, a great pizzeria, and a bar-restaurant for coffees and granita, etc. 5mins from the hotel are several popular beaches (stony, not sand) such as Cala Mazzo di Sciacca, accurately described on Google as a 'Rocky inlet with clear waters popular for swimming & snorkelling, beach chair rentals & a snack bar', and Tonnara di Scopello. The waters on this coast are crystal clear in the morning and we saw lots of interesting fish. Parking is easy. We also recommend dinner at La Cialoma which is close by. The Hotel is an easy base from which to visit all the extraordinary places, national parks and tourist spots in the region, or to scuba dive (Freedivers diving centre, Trapani) or take boat trips.

B&B delizioso, camere come piccole casette tutte con la propria veranda spaziose e pulite Unica pecca nel bagno ci vorrebbe una mensola.Tanta pace e relax.Colazione super abbondante con prodotti tipici e non. Siamo stati benissimo abbiamo soggiornato a fine luglio con temperature esterne superiori a 40 gradi ma in camera l'aria condizionata ha funzionato bene. Grazie al personale carino e disponibile.
