I loved it, from the friendly service to the dishes. The wine list is appreciable, the decor is very characteristic. Well done.

Small and well-kept place in the historic center of Ancona. All the dishes were delicious, especially the cold cuts and cheese platter and the buttons with white fish. The dining room staff were prepared and courteous. Wide choice of wines to accompany the various dishes. You can also book from the fork.

The Guasco bistro is the perfect place for those seeking peace and quality during a dinner. The staff is very welcoming, the location and food are excellent. Applause goes to Albert, very professional, you can see that he knows what he does well, he has a lot of experience and passion. Greetings from your neighbors in the Abruzzo region :)

Sono capitato a fare aperitivo con una amica in questo ameno localino all'angolo della caratteristicissima piazza della chiesa di San Francesco. Gli interni sono molto curati nei minimi dettagli, creando un'atmosfera accogliente e raccolta. Abbiamo gustato due tris di crostini del Guasco, versione invernale (burrata, alice, verdure di stagione), veramente sfiziosi e ben preparati, accompagnati da due calici di vino rosso Conero. Da segnalare (li proveremo la prossima volta) la produzione di dolci fatti in casa (crostate varie e non solo) ben in vista al bancone. Prezzi onesti e personale gioviale e preparato. Da riprovare assolutamente.

Abbiamo approfittato della promozione su The Fork, altrimenti forse non saremo mai andati. Local molto carino ed accoglienza professionale. Menù contenuto nelle scelte, ma i piatti proposti sono tutti ben realizzati. Servizio rapido e preciso. Prezzi medio alti.

03/05/2024: Once again we were happy with both the food (quality and quantity) and the service. I recommend it as a venue option for #families but also for a #group of friends. It's a good idea to book because every time I've been there the place has been full, even when the weather permits even the tables outside were occupied.

27/03/2024: I recently had the pleasure of dining at this place, discovered by chance on Instagram, and I must say that the experience was absolutely delicious. The welcoming and refined atmosphere immediately caught my attention, while the courteous staff made the whole evening even more pleasant. What really impressed was the freshness and quality of the raw materials used in the dishes. Each bite was an explosion of fresh, wholesome flavours, highlighting the restaurant's commitment to carefully selecting ingredients. The presentation of the dishes was impeccable, highlighting the chef's attention to detail. In particular, the freshness of the ingredients made each dish a memorable experience. I highly recommend! 23/03/2024: Excellent restaurant where we had dinner with an "all you can eat" formula, with various first courses to choose from, a classic platter with fried foods, followed by second courses with traditional local dishes. A PLUS for the really good pork shank. Friendly staff attentive to customer needs. Recommended to return several times
