15/11/2023: It is only fair to be candid. My wife and I are passionate about exemplary dining, whether it is experimental or traditional. We also have followed the career and accomplishments of our friend Massimo Viglietti for 40 years and through 4 restaurants. We continue to be enchanted with his creativity, artistry and fidelity to making your time at the table a delight. The amazing thing is that he continues to forge a path of discovery and surprises. The Lord Byron affords a venue of subtle and substantive elegance without pretension. The wait staff are true professionals and add considerably to the enjoyment of the meal. This type of dining is not for everyone. It is expensive and not every course or combination will resonate. But if you are open minded, it can be a revelation. Massimo had two Michelin Stars at Palma and a star elsewhere in Rome. They will be back.
