Last night, three of us had an excellent dinner consisting of a plentiful and excellent platter of cured meats and cheeses, followed by 3 splendid large and crunchy Judean-style artichokes, then sweetbreads again with artichokes, all preceded by an entrée of toasted bread with Roman chicory. Impeccable service, a cozy and extremely warm and welcoming place. I hadn't eaten sweetbreads for a long time and they were fabulous, a pleasure for those who love innards.

Sono stato in questo ristorante in occasione della sagra del fungo porcino. Ho preso il menù fisso che mi è stato proposto .devo dire che era tutto buono . Porzioni abbondanti .tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a chi passa per Oriolo Romano...

Non è la prima volta che vado in questo ristorante... dentro è piccolo con pochi tavoli ma fuori c'è spazio con tavoli al coperto. Sono stata x la sagra e ho mangiato benissimo..ho preso il menù completo : i porcini si sentiva che non erano di scarsa qualità e le fettuccine ven condite e lo spezzatino strepitoso si scioglieva un bocca ..il personale cortese e il servizio veloce . Si può prendere anche alla carta.. Io ci torno di sicuro perché si mangia bene e in altri periodi il menù è vario e particolare con accostamenti innovativi. Bravi continuate così

16/09/2023: Nice place that I definitely recommend for a quick and healthy meal. Lots of choice of toast of which you can choose both the bread (white or cereal) and the size in two variations. And I have to say that the ones we ordered were delicious. The small version with cooked ham and caciottina and the one with salmon and courgettes were delicious. There are also many salads on the menu and some types of freshly made pasta off the menu. Everyone was kind and helpful. Average prices. We will definitely be back!!

30/01/2024: Posto scoperto grazie a the fork devo ammettere che è stato una scoperta eccezionale. Cibo della tradizione viterbese ma cucinato con dovizia pazienza e attenzione al particolare. Il tocco di originalità dello chef e la presenza gentile che ti consiglia. Tutto perfetto e presentato in modo eccellente. Cosigliatissimo
