Amazing find! So far our best meal in Rome. We shared Fried Zucchini Flowers! Artichoke and Anchovy appetizer, delicious seafood pasta, seafood plate and pizza. The limon sorbetto and pistachio gelato were amazing. Excellent service as well

Classic Roman restaurant with a period setting, but very well maintained. Excellent service with very friendly waiters as well as the owner. Very good and well prepared dishes. The meat is excellent. The artichokes and courgette flowers are fantastic. Excellent first courses.

I don't understand why this restaurant is in the Michelin Guide. I know far better restaurants in Rome. It's too expensive for what it is.

The food was underwhelming: carcofi, though tasty, were over bathed in oil, grilled vegetables were overdone, and the pasta broth was far too salty. Service was polite, and decor has probably been the same since the Second World War. The coffee was shameful, particularly for Rome. The bill was reasonable at 55 euro for two, but the commodity most badly wasted was time: just not worth the visit. Overall, touristy quality in the via Veneto location where you would expect far better authentic fare.

La Cabana

31/03/2024: Very tasty meal here. We arrived outside regular dinner times due to an excursion, so we did not experience much of the service and atmosphere. So that's fine as far as we're concerned.
24/03/2024: Very positive experience, non-touristy place. Good service, thank you Sebastian for welcoming us. Cacio e pepe and carbonara worthy of note!
