As they communicate, they are masters of carbonara and I can only agree with them. Excellent carbonara. However, the amatriciana was not up to the standard of the first, the sauce was bland, too bland. Pleasant appetizer.

We went for lunch on Sunday without having booked and to our great luck we found a seat. Very friendly and fast staff. Good food, good quality and impeccable service. I recommend it to anyone who is in those parts and wants to have lunch or dinner...

Rich, bold and tasty dishes. The porchetta is a must, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent carbonara I recommend trying the Pan di stelle tiramisu among the desserts. It's not exactly tiramisu, but it's definitely good and delicious

Visitato per il pranzo ai primi di gennaio, Mastro Titta si è rivelato una scelta azzeccata sotto tutti i punti di vista. Il locale è rustico ma ben tenuto, la cucina è quella tipica del territorio, con utilizzo di materie prime di buona qualità, e il servizio si distingue oltre che per l’efficienza, anche per una genuina cortesia e gentilezza. Noi abbiamo assaggiato la selezione di salumi e formaggi, arricchita dalla porchetta e da un paio di antipasti caldi, e tutto si è rivelato buonissimo, davvero eccellenti la porchetta e i fagioli con la salsiccia. Per quanto riguarda i primi la scelta è ricaduta sull’Amatriciana, ottima sia per cottura che condimento. Buoni i vini della casa, porzioni giuste nelle quantità e prezzi più che onesti. Il locale è molto frequentato e potrebbe non essere una cattiva idea prenotare prima, noi abbiamo fortunosamente trovato un tavolo sul momento e così abbiamo potuto apprezzare la loro ottima cucina.

Pranzo già preordinato dato che eravampo in viaggio organizzato con agenzia da Genova per i Castelli Romani. Rigatoni all'amatriciana ben conditi ma, per noi settentrionali molto "al dente" comunque abbastanza buoni, a seguire la classica porchetta con cicoria ripassata, per finire ciambelline da intingere nel vino. Solerte e premuroso il servizio da parte di tutti i collaboratori; locale molto affollato l'unico disagio, almeno per noi.
