Welcoming, bright restaurant serving traditional cuisine inside the hotel of the same name at the Orte toll gate. A large room suitable for banquets as well as quick meals or meals out of town. Informal environment, sufficient service and good dishes as expected, at more than honest prices. . Ciliegiolo is recommended, an excellent local red wine.

So, coming from Rome towards Terni, it took me half an hour to make the right turn, but perseverance was perfectly rewarded. The essential but welcoming environment, especially in combination with amiable service. A menu without mincing words, generous portions and excellent quality, which almost clash with the decidedly economical bill. Perhaps at lunch the Aquila Restaurant offers an even better and more choral experience, but our impromptu dinner exceeded all our wildest expectations. This is undoubtedly the Italy that I like!

Fermi dopo ore di viaggio... Prenotato all'ultimo con una telefonata. Splendida sorpresa: camera con ogni confort, balcone, bagno davvero curato. Gentilissimo il receptionist a cui abbiamo detto che il clima non funzionava e ci ha proposto altre due camere tra cui scegliere... Ma alla fine si trattava solo di un modello che necessitava di cinque minuti prima di partire. Tutto perfetto! Cena gustosa a prezzi davvero modici. Sarà il nostro punto di appoggio in futuro nei nostri viaggi dal Nord al Sud. Ah! A un minuto di macchina dal casello. 👌🏻

Ci siamo fermati al ristorante sabato 30 settembre durante un viaggio che ci portava a Collevalenza e siamo rimasti estremamente colpiti e soddisfatti. L' atmosfera che si vive è un po' anni 70, ma senza pacchianeria . La sala da pranzo è pulita e luminosa. Il servizio è di tipo casalingo, senza fronzoli, ma pervaso di gentilezza e sana ospitalità. Il menù è vario, ma sostanzialmente con pietanze a base di carne. Noi abbiamo preso tre primi , pur essendo in due, perché erano tutti sfiziosi ed intriganti.Erano tutti deliziosi ,con un plauso per le fettuccine alla Norcina....ma anche i cappellacci e le Ceriole alla ternana non scherzavano!!!Per secondo abbiamo preso un unico piatto di ottimo agnello arrosto ( perché dopo tre primi era vergognoso chiedere altro) accompagnato da deliziose patate al forno. Per finire non poteva mancare il tiramisù. Tutto questo per 46 euro ....non si vede più da nessuna parte , per non parlare dell' abbondanza e della genuinità delle porzioni. Insomma se non vi fermate a mangiare lì non so proprio dove consigliarvi....e noi? Noi ci ritorneremo con i figli al più presto
