I called on Friday to book a day of entry to the pools on Saturday and was told that they don't take reservations. They advise me to arrive by 8.30 to have a better guarantee of finding a seat. I show up at the reception on Saturdays at 8.15am and pay the two entrance tickets. I kindly ask if it would be a problem if we physically entered the pool after half an hour because my friend was arriving late and the girl at the reception replies "eh, you can enter in half an hour IF YOU STILL FIND A PLACE. And you have to wait for her out because I've now also made your friend's ticket" Me, stunned. I believe and hope (and took it for granted) that entrance tickets will be issued in numbers appropriate to the availability of sunbeds and not ad libitum and whoever finds finds! Out of anxiety about not finding a sunbed, I went in first, asking a favor from the gentleman in the car park who very kindly kept my friend's ticket with my name and surname so that I could go and "grab" the sunbeds (already handsomely paid for). ). Having said that, the swimming pools are not bad and are well looked after despite not being brand new. The only big flaw is the (very short) timed hydromassages which start alternately which do not allow you to enjoy a bit of relaxation at all but rather create a frantic competition among the customers to see who can figure out which of the various jets is about to start and run to try to get them first. Ridiculous and not relaxing at all. A big round of applause goes to all the staff at the bar inside the pool: all very friendly, very fast and efficient even at busy times such as lunch time. Really good!
