08/11/2023: Something magical. Nothing transcendental to talk about but I arrived along a road that I was careful not to run over any gnomes crossing. Lost in the woods far from everything and close to Neverland. Two elderly people (I'm 67 years old and I can afford it...conscripts) hard-working and friendly. We light the fireplace just for me and maybe they open the restaurant for the same reason. My God!!! Those tagliolini with mushrooms... Lust for the palate. Starters "all made by me". Simple but sincere wine... I'll tell you tomorrow morning if it doesn't make my head spin... it seems genuine. Now I'm on to the cheeses (excellent. It looks like Toma pecorinata) with a whole story behind it that I can't remember now...I told you about the wine, right??
