Eating on the terrace ..... splendid view towards the slopes. Not easy to find a seat if you decide to use the self-service. Better to delay lunch!

A beautiful place. Perfect location in front of the slopes. We went here for lunch and dinner several times during our holiday. For lunch we opted for fast-food, lots of choice between salads, first courses, second courses and sandwiches. For dinner we decided to eat at the restaurant. Superlative experience, we ordered several dishes (there were 7 of us) to be able to taste more courses. Special mention for "the elephant's ear", a show. We would like to thank all the staff for their kindness, but especially Maurizio who made us feel truly at home by telling us about the place and giving us lots of advice. We will definitely be back. The place is beautiful, well frequented and having lunch in the igloo overlooking the slopes is worth the visit but the positive notes end there. The gentleman who welcomed us deserves a mention because he made up for an error in the booking system in an excellent way (except that we ate 1 hour after arriving) and was always kind towards us but the rest of the service was a disaster . Meat served cold, pasta bordering on raw, questionable wine selection. Except for the gentleman mentioned above, the other waiters are anything but hospitable. In the end the bill is acceptable considering the environment but you might as well go there just for an aperitif because the food is really poor.

We decide to have a late lunch and popped in here for a quick bite. From a selection of bagels, paninis, burgers and kebabs everyone was happy with their choice. We ended up sitting inside as it was a bit cold outside and it has a lovely warm atmosphere and buzz inside. Just a note to say that the ground floor bar and the terrace of the same name are run as separate establishments. We originally tried to take our drinks on to the top terrace but were stopped and told that wasn’t possible as drinks etc. on the top terrace where more expensive! Anyway, downstairs is good for affordable food and drinks if you fancy popping in.
