Voglio segnalare questo locale per un episodio che poi mi ha fatto riflettere. A volte capita che ristoratori o anche lo stesso personale ti indichino delle chiavi di lettura nelle tue scelte, e - ahimè - giudizi, nel campo culinario. Nella fattispecie sono stato, in un modo assolutamente garbato, messo di fronte alla mia pedanteria sul confezionamento dei cibi. Ero lì per gustare il "pane cunzato" e chiedevo perché al posto del caciocavallo usassero il primo sale. Per tutta risposta mi è stato fatto osservare che "cunzato" vuol dire condito, termine assolutamente generico aperto a svariate soluzioni, fermo restando che alcuni ingredienti base vanno assicurati (acciughe, pomodoro, olio e origano). Orbene il mio interlocutore aveva pienamente ragione e anche quando talune soluzioni uscissero fuori da ciò che tu ritieni essere la cucina tradizionale, ma chi se ne frega, visto che quello che ho mangiato era assai gradevole.

Very nice operation and fast service. The waitresses and waiters are very friendly to the children. The food comes quickly and is very good. Excellent pasta with tomatoes and basil. The lamb was also very tasty. You should also take the time to study the beer menu more intensively. There are certainly interesting beers here for some people. A highlight is certainly the wonderful ambience in the inner courtyard. Very high quality of stay and nice atmosphere.
