Il Balivo is the best restaurant in Champoluc, it is welcoming, elegant but rustic at the same time, you eat typical dishes that are revisited at the same time, local products at zero km, be careful: the dishes are really very abundant!!! Go there with a big appetite because it's worth trying everything, from appetizers to desserts! Well-stocked local wine list. Courtesy of the staff 8 stars, congratulations! Just remember to book well in advance, otherwise you won't find a place!

Without a doubt the best restaurant in Champoluc and with good reason! Excellent service, super menu, very friendly staff. Well-stocked wine list and the menu is full of delicacies! 😍 try the gnocchi with goat cheese fondue and mocetta! But the menu changes often so it's better to be there consistently 😂

Waiting time is very short

Una bella giornata, una visita a Champoluc in giornata. Il paesino è molto bello per chi scia ancor di più, noi alla ricerca di un nel locale e di piatti tipici. In qustra osteria proprio nella via principale e molto vicina alla stazione della funivia, ci siamo trovati molto bene e i loro piatti molto buoni, curati e di qualità. Hanno un ricco menù , avrete l'imbarazzo della scelta è veramente un posto da provare.

delicious food, friendly staff but it's a shame they brought the food first and then the wine (perhaps partly our fault for having consulted the wine list perhaps a little too much). However, absolutely worth trying!

Per la nostra seconda visita al
balivo ci siamo concessi il cenone di capodanno. E che cenone! Piatti altamente prelibati e ricercati tra i quali cito un risotto al radicchio con una trita di cervo superlativo. Mise en plat eccellente. Complimenti davvero allo
Chef. Il servizio è sempre impeccabile tanto quanto la carta dei vini. Rapporto qualità prezzo altissimo!
È una tappa obbligatoria a champoluc, da prenotare con anticipo.
