Too much noise and rude people.
The structure has the responsibility to control and enforce the rest of all guests.

Fun place, although you have to hope for a day that isn't too crowded. Space for children and relaxation area. If there is bad weather in Bormio, or in the summer period it is a pleasant activity.

Suitable for families but also for couples, the Relaxation path offers 2 saunas and a Turkish bath and various areas where you can lie down on very comfortable armchairs, the view of the mountains is an added value, both the external and internal pools of thermal water at 35 degrees are equipped with hydromassage and water jets. For families of 2 adults and 2 children the Family package has a more than fair price.

In my opinion the cost of the entrances is too high compared to the service offered, the saunas a bit like this, the part of the historic swimming pool with a very slippery floor, the children's slide with fresh water, the changing room area a bit confusing and the few showers . The only positive aspects are the view and the hot water, a little bit to justify 100 euros for 5 entries.

The thermal baths themselves are small, but clean, and there are a lot of people in the afternoon. Very good bistro bar. The organization itself was poor, the only toilets inside were closed, and the restaurant inside was also closed. There is a bistro bar but you have to go through the gates and go down to the ground floor. If you don't speak Italian, you may have problems with communication (the lady took our watches and we only wanted to go downstairs, then we only got one watch for 3 people, which was inconvenient)

The spa of the old baths is an excellent place and the aperitif offered by the structure is excellent.

The water is wonderful and the view of the surrounding mountains and ski slope is simply breathtaking. We were here 17 years ago and I must say that not much has changed. We were ecstatic then, but these days there is a lack of refreshments. A person can stay in the water for a while and is thirsty and after a while also hungry. The medicinal tea that was available was fine, but for so many people and in today's conditions, and last but not least, given the price of admission, one would have expected a much more extensive offer. I appreciate the world of saunas, even in smaller spaces. The mandatory swimming cap can be bought for a fee of 3 euros at the entrance, but you can bring your own. I recommend finding out about the offer of a discount on entry in your accommodation, it is well worth it. Otherwise, I recommend visiting, because after a whole day of skiing, the muscles will be grateful and you will know it in the morning.

Nice, clean and enjoyable enviroment. Enjoyed very much the warm water swimming pool and jacuzzi observing fantastic view of snowy mountains in front. Isnt that cool?
Lunch time went to the restaurant inside which is also accessible to people from tge street. So, I felt quite awkward sitting there with wet hair wearing wardrobe while others were dressed usual.
Food and service was good though.
Loved the experience. Recommend it!
