Il Borgo Antico In Scordia

I left work at 2.20pm and had to return at 3pm. Greeted kindly, I expressed my need for haste despite not having called first to let them know. No problem for the kitchen which in just a few minutes delivered a typical Sicilian appetizer to the table that was enough to fill me up, and immediately afterwards a very simple but absolutely tasty pasta with garlic, oil and chilli pepper (which in the photo is half a portion). I returned to the work meeting on time full and satisfied also for the modest cost of this simple but hasty and delicious lunch.

Small, but great friendliness and kindness from the lady and her husband. You eat very well and you feel at home. Lunch break save with this delicious place.

Da non perdere questa trattoria a conduzione familiare dove ogni pietanza è cucinata con estrema cura e con ingredienti eccellenti. Cucina tradizionale siciliana che consiglio a tutti i turisti stranieri che passano da Scordia. Non potrebbero chiedere di meglio per avere un test della nostra varietà di piatti. Antipasti con formaggi, salumi, olive, frittatine squisite, verdure di stagione; pasta alla norma, zuppe di legumi cotolette alla palermitana e tante altre bontà ! Ottima la scelta dei vini. Rocco e sua sorella sono rispettivamente un oste e una cuoca di grande maestria e professionalità !
