In this review, I will share my culinary experience, focusing on some of the dishes I had the opportunity to taste. The restaurant menu is rich and varied, offering a vast choice of dishes that wink at the Lombard culinary tradition, with forays into more Mediterranean flavours. Among the starters, I highly recommend the "Gran Tagliere del Borgo", a real feast of cured meats, cheeses and seasonal vegetables. The Borgo's pizzas are prepared with long-rising dough and cooked in a wood-fired oven. The quality of the ingredients is excellent and the variety of condiments satisfies all palates. Among the first courses, the "Pizzoccheri" are unmissable. The "Risotto with porcini mushrooms" is also delicious, creamy and fragrant. As for the second courses, I had the opportunity to taste the "Grilled chicken", tender and tasty, and the "Baked pork shank", cooked to perfection and accompanied by potatoes. The Borgo menu also offers various fish alternatives. I found the "Grilled Octopus" particularly tasty, fresh and well cooked. To round off the meal in style, the restaurant offers a vast choice of homemade desserts. I already knew this place because I've already been there once and I must say that I really enjoyed it. This time I want to make 2 considerations: one that in my personal opinion the fact of doing the 2 shifts in my opinion you don't fully enjoy dinner, because you're a little tight with the times, And I think that eating must be a pleasure when you he is in the company of friends and children. The second point is definitely the price of the various courses which has honestly increased since the last time I was there. For the rest I can say that the quality of the food cannot be discussed..

Un posto molto carino, una pizza ottima a scelta tra una versione fine e croccante e una più tradizionale, un pollo al cestello da leccarsi le dita e molti altri piatti deliziosi, delle ottime birre, dei dolci fatti in casa spettacolari e non dimentico il personale, competente e gentilissimo.

Ottimo cibo, porzioni abbondanti, costo giusto.

Spero di avere ancora l'occasione di ritornarci a breve nonostante la discreta distanza da casa mia. Cibo particolare km0 , tagliata di cervo, tagliata di capriolo, pizzoccheri , ci sono i ragu' di selvaggina. Menu' molto vasto , con portate tutte molto abbondanti , tutti i piatti in generale ti invitavano all'assaggio, anche le pizze, bomba anche le magnum da 3L.
