The Fork
I was pleasantly impressed by this restaurant and perhaps it is the best restaurant in the center of Castel di Sangro, a place managed impeccably thanks to the courtesy of the owners who explained to us all the products they use in the kitchen, high quality raw materials that they appreciated in polenta with sausage ragù (my mother ate polenta with cod) EXCELLENT!! the delicious zeppola and my tiramisu finished in a few minutes was DELICIOUS!!!! very clean place with a large assortment of wines for all occasions!!!! fair bill obviously not fast food

An exaggerated staff top All perfect We don't talk about cooking But their cellar is a true paradise for wine lovers and lovers of Abruzzo products (and not only!) I've been coming since I was 5 years old, now I'm 28 and I still come every Saturday... I think this already tells you everything Friendly and competent professionals NUMBERS 1

In trasferta a castel di Sangro, nelle vicinanze della sede questo ottimo ristorante gestito con cordialità..sono andato qualche volta a pranzo, mangiato sempre molto bene, dalle orecchiette fatte in casa alla carne per finire con cardoncelli alla brace..da provare
