Il Buongustaio In Bussi sul tirino

We went for a birthday a few nights ago, it's a shame not to give a positive rating, but my husband and I felt sick all night, perhaps the pizza dough hadn't risen well

We spent Easter Monday 2024 lunch here, while staying in the B&B under the management of Tiziano, owner of the restaurant. Fantastic lunch, with a varied and intriguing menu that included all the river specialties, in particular the crayfish, which it would be a shame not to try if you pass by Bussi. I also underline the friendliness and hospitality of Tiziano, available to give advice and explanations on the food and wine offered in the restaurant. The pizzas were also absolutely approved, good and of good quality, which we tried for dinner on another evening during our days spent in the B&B. Highly recommended.

Il Buongustaio was a pleasant surprise that happened by chance. We ate very well, the service was perfect and the price I would say was too honest. Seeing is believing

Maybe it was me having a bad day but I found the platter (the only dish not based on sea or river fish) really poor: 4 slices of cured meat, 2 slices of cheese, half a peeled mandarin which looked like a leftover and a slice of unappealing courgette. My husband, on the other hand, really liked the river prawns. Prices in line with the area.

Great food with efficient service and good value for money. I'm always happy to come back!

Valuto la mia esperienza semplicemente eccellente! Siamo stati 2 volte nell’ultimo mese e sono state delle vere e sublimi esperienze culinarie! Il tris del tirino è quello che consiglio per iniziare, un mix tra terra ed acque che racchiude l’anima del territorio, l’ingrediente puro dal terreno unito al fiume, con un tocco mare. La zuppa nel tris con trota, gambero di fiume e verdure ti fa sentire tutto lo stupendo calore di casa ed è un ricordo che resta indelebile. Come primo piatto il consiglio ricade sulle linguine con zafferano e gamberi di fiume. Una portata che ha un’anima e che non avevo mai mangiato (per goderne) in vita mia. Anche questa un affresco letterale dei sapori del territorio, uniti alla storia di una famiglia. Cottura della pasta eccellente, e legatura tra zafferano, gambero di fiume e ricotta di gambero di fiume (ottenuta solo ed esclusivamente dal gambero) rendono questo piatto, tra l’altro premiato, un valore di eccellenza e pro ritorno in questo locale! Per secondo gamberi alla diavola, top!!! Che dire, da ritornare. Sempre. Tappa obbligata e…un posto che resta nel cuore.

Ci siamo femati di passaggio. Pesce di fiume cucinato con maestria. Ottimi piatti dall'antipasto al secondo. Servizio veloce e personale accogliente, compreso lo chef che è venuto a salutarci. Consigliatissimo
