Nice restaurant in the village of Subiaco. Thanks to Tommaso and all the other guys who pampered us. I hadn't been here for nine years and I would have liked to come back sooner! For Easter Monday 2024 there was a nice menu of which I will post photographs. Delicious food, excellent service and a lovely place, especially in the basement..

Restaurant that they recommended to us in Subiaco, very good value for money. We had two first courses (strozzapreti with spicy tomato, parsley and pecorino and ravioli filled with ricotta with porcini mushrooms), and then two desserts, a crumbled one and a chocolate mousse. Everything was excellent, in a warm environment (there was even a fireplace lit) and with very good and professional waiters. I certainly recommend it

A Pearl in Subiaco. A pleasant surprise. This restaurant, seen from the outside, has a very simple, even modest appearance. Inside it is divided into three rooms, furnished soberly and tastefully. You are greeted by the dining room staff with kindness and professionalism, the latter being very rare today in most restaurant establishments. And the various dishes are offered with the same professionalism. Among the first courses, the truly delicious gnocchi with white lamb ragout and the ricotta and spinach ravioli with porcini mushroom and truffle dressing. Equally delicious are the potato and broccoli pie with toasted bread, and the slice of pecorino in fried pasta accompanied by porcini mushrooms. For desserts you are spoiled for choice. The finely minced dried fruit tart on a bed of custard is fantastic. The cellar presents an interesting assortment of labels. The quality-price ratio is balanced. And to finish the description, this surprising restaurant business provides tourists with the possibility of staying overnight. Heartfelt congratulations.

non possiamo che confermare le recensioni positive degli altri utenti. Leggermente fuori dal centro di Subiaco, il Cantuccio offre una scelta interessante di pietanze ed alcuni fuori menù del giorno. Molto buoni gli antipasti (della casa, e la stracciatella), ottimi i secondi ed i contorni. Materia prima di prima qualità e ben lavorata. molto buono anche il caffè. Personale giovane, molto preparato e gentile. Conto nella media per questo genere di locali.
