The flagship of a structure that we know very well, where the excellent dishes are served with great care and attention. The flavors of Umbria, our medieval culture, are at home in the Nera Valley, a small river navigable by small boats near the Marmore waterfalls and are equally at home at Casaletto. Come, try it to believe it! East! East! East!

Sono stata a cena in questo ristorante con amici,abbiamo assaggiato il mix bruschette,l’antipasto della casa (tagliere abbondante ,crostini e zuppa al coccio) e l’antipasto al tartufo… tutto ottimo e abbondante . Abbiamo inoltre assaggiato la trota al rosmarino, ottima!! Carne genuina e ben presentata. Le patate fritte ,particolari, in quanto cotte con la buccia !! Il tiramisù super!! Ottima esperienza! Prezzo nella media.

Luogo incantevole, con un grande prato curatissimo che lambisce la sponda del fiume Nera ed il percorso ciclistico dell'ex tratta ferroviaria Spoleto-Norcia . Casale perfettamente ristrutturato ed ottimamente mentenuto. La gentilezza del sig. Luigi in sala e la maestria della signora Federica ai fornelli (sono i titolari della struttura) sono il biglietto da visita per chi avrà il piacere di fermarsi non solo a mangiare, ma volendo anche a dormire. Abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, tre primi di pasta fatta in casa, un arrosto misto di carne con contorno di patate, acqua, vino, caffè e passito di Montefalco. Cibo squisito che ti riporta ai sapori di una volta ad un prezzo eccezionale. Sosta assolutamente da ripetere. Complimenti
