Excellent discovery, restaurant located in the small village of Casole D'elsa, very welcoming interior, fairly generous portions of dishes and excellent finish using top quality ingredients. I highly recommend it!

A place with great potential but which lacks on some small details. Very kind and friendly staff who still made our weekend in Tuscany nothing short of fantastic. Too bad we couldn't take advantage of the beautiful swimming pool. The location is really beautiful, we stayed in the two-storey apartment and the only thing we didn't like was the carelessness about things like: - a door handle that remained in our hands; -one of the two hairdryers was not working; - up/down shower rod teetering; - broom holder whose double-sided tape has come off; -slight bad smell.

Ich habe gute Erinnerungen an den Ort. Pool, das Essen war großartig. Damals (1994 bis 1998) haben noch die Eltern von Mariva gekocht. Das war immer ein Traum. Einfach richtig richtig gut. Ansonsten, waren wir mit unseren Eltern dort und hatten Spaß, weil viele Familien dort waren, die Kinder in unserem Alter hatten.

This was our first stop in an amazing trip to Tuscany. We received a very warm welcome from the owner and manager. They kindly reopened the wine cellar and recommended an amazing bottle for us to enjoy on the terrace. Throughout our stay they were hospitable and friendly including sharing a few glasses of wine cheese and bread whilst watching a sunset over the hills of Tuscany. Room had everything that you needed and much larger than the photos suggested. The town only a short walk away is an added bonus with bars and restaurants. We will be back and Grazie Max and team for a memorable stay.

Luogo incantevole immerso nella val d'elsa,struttura fantastica ben messa e tenuta!cordialità e simpatia sono all'ordine del giorno!Maurizio un team manager eccezionale e simpaticissimo e poi prepara una colazione SUPER!!!Andateci e ne rimarrete soddisfatti e felici!

We had a great time at Tenuta Colombaio, apartment was clean and equipped with what we needed. The place is idyllic with amazing view and peaceful area to relax. A special mention to the host Maurizio who was very friendly and helpful, ensuring we enjoying our stay. I would recommend this place and we definitely be back there if decide to visit Tuscany again.

06/04/2024: Excellent experience, fast and friendly service, friendly and polite staff. Delicious food, both gluten-free and with. Bread with and without gluten arrived, excellent pici. Restaurant in the centre, easy to reach. Advise!

05/03/2024: Excellent rib, 2kg portion for three people, more than the right quantity. Tasty pecorino fondue appetizer, side dish of baked potatoes and the inevitable green beans in the flask. Definitely a stop if in the area! Correct price and quality.
16/02/2024: Great grilled meats. Service was a little overwhelmed by the lunch crowd, no problem with parking.
