Superlative location, excellent food, try the egg with white truffle and sublime guinea fowl breast!!! good wine list and even desserts have their reason!!! The only negative note is that the tables are too close together and you can hear other people's discussions... otherwise passed with flying colors and will return!!!

Locale molto accogliente con grandi vetrate affacciate sulle vigne (ex location della Trattoria nelle Vigne). Sì inizia con una pallina d’insalata russa offerta dalla casa per passare a un menù degustazione (42€) che include un antipasto (vitello tonnato buono ma non buonissimo), tajarin con salsiccia di Bra (buoni) e stracotto di Fassona e crema di patate (carne molto morbida ma per i miei gusti, con poco mordente). Per chiudere un morbido al mascarpone (buono) e caffè. Altri piatti consigliati fuori dal menù degustazione come antipasto consiglio la frolla salata, peperone e bagnetto rosso (spettacolo) mentre come primo i plin al sugo d’arrosto (eccellenti). Conto con una bottiglia di buon barbera e caffè sui 50/55€ a persona.

Prenotato con difficoltà, visto il periodo richiestissimo, ma ne è valsa la pena. Location molto bella immersa nei vigneti e con panorama unico. Servizio eccellente con personale molto attento e rapido. Menù valido e portate ben servite. Tra gli altri provato primi a base di tartufo bianco. La "grattatina" a tavola è qualcosa che, a chi piace naturalmente tartufo, tra profumi e gestualità è pura estasi. Carta dei vini all'altezza e con possibilità di scelte anche a prezzi non esagerati. Rapporto qualita/prezzo decisamente buono. Sicuramente da riprovare e chiaramente da consigliare

Structure located in the middle of the hills with spectacular views. New, clean, well-stocked and welcoming facility. The only flaw was the breakfast. Also because attached to the accommodation there is the restaurant owned by the same owner, and making even just a grape jam tart (since we are in the Langhe) would have made the difference. (I hope it is taken as advice and not as criticism). However I hope to return!

28/03/2024: Nice place, excellent service and excellent food. Massimo from Rome, a wonderful person, the owner (I think it's him) who offered me the coffee was also very kind. Very good prices, excellent quality.
27/03/2024: Excellent restaurant in Savigliano! We had lunch enjoying some truly excellent agnolotti with sausage ragout!!! Well done, we'll be back

16/03/2024: Those who complain about the Amatruda pizzeria do so speciously because the judgment should be aimed at food, location, prices and service and nothing else. In my opinion the restaurant, located in the center of Cuneo, is well looked after in detail and the staff is friendly and helpful. The menu is of an excellent standard for a pizzeria/restaurant, with good attention to raw materials. The pizzas are excellent, the result of years of experience of the Amatruda family, a name and a guarantee in Cuneo and its surroundings. The quality/price ratio is excellent. Must try, and a good foodie tells you so (not a local guide...luckily)!
