Everything was excellent but the pizza chef was snoring on his feet, 2 hours to be served seems excessive to me and there weren't many people which means they aren't organised, there won't be a next time

It is a cozy place, it is in the pedestrian area of ​​Pigneto, an acceptable part of the night, the pizzas are very good. Although the pizzas are very good, in my opinion, they would improve with the option of being able to put spicy oil on top. The service is very attentive, in summer it is very good on the outside terrace, on the street. It is not an expensive place, fair price with a wood oven.

Le Colonne Restaurant

06/01/2024: The food and service were outstanding. Staff, in particular, Sara, Federico and Cristiano were attentive, professional and friendly. We enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant and enjoyed our time there and interaction with the staff. Thanks for a great meal
26/09/2023: In a city known for great food, this Hilton Hotel Airport restaurant has a hard time competing. But our recent dinner there was solid -- sufficient menu choices, ample enough portions, tasty enough dishes. What stood out at Le Colonne was the customer-friendly, attentive service. From the smiling bus boy through the pleasant waiter up to the very personable hostess named Venere, we felt like welcomed and appreciated customers. If we stay at the Fiumicino Hilton again, we are likely to again patronize Le Colonne.
