Excellent location just outside the center of Sauze, if the weather permits you can enjoy excellent cuisine and then relax by the lake on comfortable deckchairs. Reasonable prices for the quality of the dishes, and for those who love fishing, you can have a little fun with trout fishing.

This is just a bungalow with a fishing pond but the people make it a nice place. Aperol Spritz at 6€, 40CL draftbeer at 4€ accompanied by a snack from the house makes it a great place to have your aperitivo when returning from the Gran Bosco nature reserve.

03/12/2023: The discovery of this restaurant was accidental. The location is splendid, the food prepared with non-obvious ingredients, with an unusual taste and a dish worthy of a starred restaurant. Excellent service, the owner is a helpful, friendly person and capable of enhancing his work which is perceived to be a great passion. I will happily return.
