03/01/2024: Restaurant - pizzeria present in the historic center of Cisternino, on what is the paved street where they hold the weekly market, i.e. Corso Umberto. From the access at number 13 you go down a flight of stairs to find yourself in a space where the work corner for pizzas is visible. We happened upon a day in which the restaurant was not serving some dishes as the staff was, rightly, on holiday after the New Year (and unfortunately we found that in the kitchen there was a lady with long, loose hair... And how would she say checcho zalone: ​​but is this one in the profession?!!)... Oh well personally in the meat, very good, there were no inconveniences. For the pizza taken, a slightly painful note for a dough that was a little sweet, not very crunchy on the outside but all in all good, with mozzarella in little quantity (and too much oil thrown on) on the Margherita. The other pizza, however, was more substantial in the desired toppings. Friendly staff but perhaps not very attentive and professional, as I have read in other reviews: a uniform wouldn't be bad!
