Great place to have a lunch with super delicious local kitchen

I ordered some gnocchi with a mild pesto, but they were like Souffle 🙌 very delicious and the bread was homemade, they serve you 3 large slices and the truth is I ate everything Very good, I highly recommend it and the atmosphere with background music, the waiter was super helpful☺️ If you can follow @bypat.os

Restaurant located in the city center, close to the various universities, unfortunately from the outside you can't perceive how good this place is, don't expect a chic restaurant but expect to eat in a crazy way, and the quality and prices are honestly unrivaled, you can eat a first course, second course and dessert for 30-35 euros, which is really difficult now here in Bari. The menu changes every week (I recommend you look at the Facebook page so you can see if you find something that attracts your curiosity before going), mine favorite dish is the mushroom tartare with pistachios and dried tomatoes, accompanied by turmeric bread which is served hot as soon as you sit down, the ignorant turnips as an appetizer are very good but you have to put it in the center and divide it because it is a bit heavy otherwise you won't enjoy the rest. Each dish can be paired with a wine recommended by them with an addition of 3-4 euros per dish. The dessert at Chocolate is really very good. Book before going to dinner because the seats are few (30-35) and always full.

A guarantee in Bari to taste excellent wine combined with delicious, unique dishes with a traditional but not obvious flavour. Impeccable service. Mr. Giovanni is a skilled master in always recommending the right wine for every palate.
