A WOW experience! We took the tasting and it made us discover spectacular flavors!

Just two words to say that the Patio is an exceptional restaurant in terms of cuisine, we have always willingly returned and it has never disappointed us. The service however wasn't that great this time. Starting from not offering a choice when we asked to have two glasses of wine, a champagne and a red to accompany starters and first/second courses. For the bubbles the choice was offered even if there was no local wine, for the red we were offered a dessert without choice. Also I realize there will be a convention about where to move the table closer when bringing plates etc but was it really necessary to pass by where my dog ​​was trying to sleep every time? When the bill was brought to me, I didn't have the chance to check it because the machine came out to pay at the same time and finally after giving me the jacket I heard myself say goodbye and we were left to open the door and go out between jacket, bag, leash etc. A shame, the cuisine was impeccable, everything absolutely delicious, however the service left something to be desired this time.

You enter and you immediately feel pampered by the welcome, professionalism, beauty and cleanliness. You sit down and feel cared for, looked after with courtesy. The welcome entrees enchant with their shape, presentation and colours. Savoring chef Sergio's dishes conveys emotion. Tip: enjoy dinner by imagining what each flavour, each scent evokes in you. Excellence.

Maybe it's a banal phrase, but we ate very well. It is a modern restaurant, which brings its own, different ideas to the table. A beautiful place, with kind and competent people and good, delicious dishes.

Ottima esperienza in una location che sa di storia. Accoglienza ottima, ambiente forse un poco freddo ma sicuramente di buon impatto. Oltre alla carta vi sono due degustazioni. Noi abbiamo scelto la più completa. L'offerta ha spaziato dalla carne al pesce passando per delle portate speciali come la cipolla avvolta nel latte, davvero memorabile Buona la carta dei vini anche se noi abbiamo optato per i calici in abbinamento. Personale empatico e professionale, conto proporzionato.

Raffinato e ricercato . Dopo molti anni torniamo in questo ristorante che nel frattempo è cresciuto di qualità e in ricerca. A pochi km da biella una eccellenza che il territorio deve premiare. Abbiamo scelto il menù “ i percorsi “, chiedendo al sommelier una variazione sui vini proposti in abbinamento che ha saputo interpretare a meraviglia. Bravo. Per la parte cucina , i piatti speciali, ricercati, abbinamenti audaci ma perfetti. Senza stonature. Amuse-bouche da ricordare. Tornare sarà un obbligo. Suggerire di provare a chi è curioso di incrociare sapori intensi e ben abbinati , un obbligo

Ambiente molto piacevole. Sequenza di piatti sapientemente preparati con egual attenzione all'estetica , alla qualità delle materie prime ed ai sapori. Ottima esperienza

Ho già recensito varie volte i Vineis.....ne ho sempre elogiato la genialità unita ad una grande professionalità.....questa volta bastano le foto a far capire quanto sono bravi.....anzi no BRAVISSIMI.....

Locale rustico chic ambientato in antiche stalle ristrutturate. Ottimo servizio professionale e veloce. Molti e diversificati amuse bouche offerti dallo chef. Piatti ben presentati e saporoti, eccezionali sia le rane fritte che il piccione in 4 differenti preparazioni. La massima valutazione si basa anche sul prezzo, veramente invogliante per uno stellato.
