Very nice place, cheerful and knowledgeable staff, excellent food and a wine list full of quality local proposals at honest prices. Wide choice of gluten-free dishes, my boyfriend has celiac disease and was able to eat several dishes without problems!

I am in Aprica to spend a few days in the snow, this evening we decide to go to dinner in this very beautiful and characteristic chalet, small with few places but well looked after.
The staff are nothing short of excellent, very kind, smiling and helpful, making you feel like you were at home…
Let's talk about the food... something fantastic, excellent quality and taste... if I were to come back here I will definitely go there to dine again...

Locale piccolo. Bisogna prenotare poiché gestiscono in modo accurato i clienti, ma non hanno un'ampia capienza.
Cibo: molto buono, cucina alpina equilibrata e non troppo grassa. Carta dei vini soddisfacente come i dolci.
Non ha il fare di uno chalet; la cucina è più accurata e non economicissima.

In Aprica you can eat well practically everywhere, but the small chalet is the best restaurant in all of Aprica hands down, the environment is small (and for this reason it is advisable to always book) but welcoming and warm, it tells the story of the restaurant and the exquisite people who run it, the food follows tradition but is refined, studied and revisited in a more modern key.
A fixed and highly anticipated stop for us every time we come to Aprica for the winter and summer holidays.
Highly recommended, absolutely worth trying.

Small chalet but really very welcoming and warm. The very kind owner welcomes you to make you feel at home and her daughter is also very courteous. Excellent food!! Really good pizzoccheri and excellent quality venison steak. Prices a little high but in line with the good quality of the raw materials. We will definitely be back!

Chalet piccolo, ma delizioso ,tavoli ravvicinati ma si stà bene . Cibo ottimo e di qualità, personale molto cordiale e competente . Da provare.

Caratteristica baita trasformata in ristorante posta alla partenza della funivia della Magnolta.
Proposte del menù interessanti soprattutto per i secondi.
I primi, nonostante i prezzi non proprio economici, lasciano a desiderare.
