Local in the city center of Casole.
Nice atmosphere, small and well-kept place, attentive and courteous managers.
A few flaws in the kitchen (fassona steak not bad but finely minced as if it were meatloaf, artichoke flan instead appreciable, pizzas decidedly insufficient).
Price too high for what we ate, despite the beer being excellent in my opinion.

Locale nel centro cittadino di Casole.
Ambiente carino, locale piccolo e ben tenuto, gestori attenti e cortesi.
Qualche pecca in cucina (battuta di fassona non male ma macinata fine come se fosse un polpettone, flan di carciofi invece apprezzabile, pizze decisamente insufficienti).
Prezzo troppo alto per quello che abbiamo mangiato, nonostante la birra a mio avviso ottima.

Sehr nettes Personal und eine tolle vegane Auswahl! Die cremige Karotten-Salbei-Pasta und das Zucchini-Küchlein mit Nektarinenspalten waren besonders lecker. Es stehen viele Plätze zur Verfügung - in der hübschen Gasse, im überdachten Innenhof oder drinnen.

Walked in while searching for a place for dinner first night in town. To our surprise, the menu contains variety of vegan meals! Vegan spaghetti was absolutely delicious, and tuna spaghetti was also excellent - all fresh and local ingredients. Definitely coming back :)

This is the second time we went there, and again, EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!
Food is amazing, original and all local, drinks/wines as well. Staff very professional and kind.
