05/04/2024: Top for those looking for a Neapolitan pizzeria! (I lived in Naples for 10 years, so trust me 😃)
05/04/2024: Located in the center of Bologna, in one of the most interesting streets, this place is small on the outside, but very spacious inside, with decidedly affordable prices.
At the entrance we are greeted by a manager who accompanies us to the table, where we are immediately served water, bread and cutlery.
The menu ranges from appetizers to desserts, without giving up pizza, there are both seafood and land dishes, and it's easy to please any palate, even the greediest. There is also a baby menu.
Three of us ordered a baby margherita pizza for our son, a margherita with stuffed crust and a lobster package.
The pizza is contemporary Neapolitan, very delicate, soft, light, I ate a whole pizza and I was still hungry 😕 my son ditto, 3 years old, he devoured it.
The pacchero with lobster was well seasoned and well balanced, also the price, considering that there is half a lobster on the plate, already opened, ready to taste, at €25 and really a paltry price, also considering the place.
One thing I really appreciated was the menu that can be scanned from your mobile phone, very intuitive, where it allows you to choose the pizza and season it to your liking, adding, as in my case, the stuffed crust. As a good Neapolitan trattoria, it does not miss out on typical desserts and liqueurs. We opted for the timeless tiramisu, which even though I am not Neapolitan by birth, I must say that this restaurant is one of the best in the area, I was amazed by the taste, everything was perfectly balanced, the ladyfingers could be felt, it was not soft, it was perfectly wet with coffee, moreover the mascarpone tasted just right, I often find tiramisu, where there is only cream and 0 ladyfingers, in this case it wasn't like that, for this reason it was awarded with full marks . We ended with a limoncello and a meloncello, also very good and with an artisanal taste. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this restaurant.
