I was positively impressed by the Il Torrente pizzeria. The location isn't great. However, a real culinary marvel should be noted: the variety of pizza doughs offered is simply incredible. If you are a true pizza lover and want to experience new flavors and textures, you can't help but visit Il Torrente. The selection of doughs proposed goes far beyond the classic basic options. There are light and crunchy doughs, thicker and softer doughs, gluten-free doughs for those who have intolerances, even cereal or wholemeal doughs for those looking for healthier options. Each dough has its own unique flavor and texture and I admit I found it difficult to choose which one to try first. I therefore let myself be advised by the highly professional and passionate staff, who patiently answered my questions and provided detailed information on the characteristics of each dough. I can only recommend you visit Il Torrente and enjoy a true gastronomic experience.
