Well-located house right on the lake, close to the old town of Como and the promenade and restaurant mile on the lake promenade is directly opposite. The rooms on the first floor with a lake view are well-equipped and modern. The breakfast was very good and the service was very friendly. The house can be described more as a bed and breakfast. The small, quiet Como Lago train station is right next door and in front of the hotel there is a large roundabout with quite a bit of traffic (but you can't hear it in the room). We were there out of season, so it was convenient for Como and the perfect solution for our stopover on the way to Tuscany.

My experience was positive!!!!! Very friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant and well-maintained rooms. Breakfast well managed and with a varied choice of both sweet and savory, you can see that there is a lot of care for the customer... well with simplicity. You feel well pampered

TOP POSITIVE EXPERIENCE!!! Arrived for check in, a unique welcome for kindness and helpfulness, truly making you feel pampered but in absolute simplicity. Dated but well-maintained rooms, you can see they care about making you feel good… Super optimal location to be able to reach everything on foot. Rich breakfast between savory and sweet, super friendly and helpful room staff and a special welcome. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay in this location again when we return

So, I've had my first night here...greeted by a really nice guy...room clean and well equipped and drinks in the fridge (part of the price) so you have water etc..some biscotti on the bed..nice touch...at breakfast I'm greeted by Marsha and Angela. Both really attentive..a really fresh breakfast, omelette delivered in quick time and lots of options..so far...Great..

Absolutely delightful experience. The hotel is located right next to the Como Lago train station, next to the lake, and a 3 min walk to the old city. The staff was very friendly and efficient, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was quite extensive, including fresh omelette, scrambled eggs etc. Highly recommend this hotel.

10/03/2024: Excellent piadinas, their specialty, in my opinion, is the cloud, a super soft dessert with drops of apricot jam. Sandwiches with olives or pieces of bacon in the dough are excellent. Every time I pass by I stop to buy something. Advised.
18/11/2023: Excellent for stocking up on many types of bread and desserts, very kind staff, very clean and welcoming place.
