Excellent pizzeria located in Vomero.. We were there this evening and ordered two crocché (1 cacio e pepe and the other carbonara) then the pizzas, a patapuok and a mimosa... all very good and of excellent quality, the pizza dough is very light. Very well-kept location, despite it being a not very large room there is a lot of organization. I highly recommend this pizzeria.

Hi, I'm a Neapolitan guy who loves pizza and Neapolitan cuisine. This pizzeria was recommended to me by many of my friends and I couldn't help but try it. PIZZA The strong point of this pizzeria is the dough, very light and soft, you can see and feel that it has a very high hydration. The pizza comes with a pronounced crust in contemporary pizza style. I first wanted to try the fried dishes with their gourmet Crocchè with cheese and pepper fondue and the one with really good Carbonara. With the trio of montanarine (Nerano-Classica-Ricotta, Mortadella and Pistachio) they really outdid themselves, already from the dough I understood that here they are serious and the quality is very high. I moved on to the pizzas with La Grande Bellezza which was truly spectacular (that nice, tasty crunchy raw ham that went perfectly with the sweetness of the parmesan fondue and the acidity of the datterini tomatoes). La Pomodore where you could savor all the taste of fresh cherry tomatoes and basil. LOCAL The place is well looked after and the decor is very characteristic with colorful chairs and an eye-catching mise en place. The staff is very kind and quick in service. PRICE The prices are honest and fair for the quality they offer. In my opinion the quality is exceptional. Impastovivo is a very interesting modern pizzeria. Consigliato da amici siamo andati in questa pizzeria al vomero. Location carina e molto curata nei dettagli. Abbiamo prenotato alle 20,00 in quanto dopo avremmo dovuto metterci in lista. Personale gentile e molto veloce, pizze veramente ottime, impasto soffice ed ingredienti di qualità. Complimenti ritorneremo.

Siamo stati con amici per festeggiare il compleanno di mia moglie. La location al centro del vomero quindi facilmente raggiungibile. L’ambiente molto accogliente e lo staff gentilissimo nonostante fosse sabato sera e c’era folla. Fritti davvero buonissimi, asciutti di olio e veramente particolari. Grande scelta di pizza, fatti con prodotti di altissima qualità, sicuramente una delle migliori pizze mai mangiate. Consigliatissimo !!!
