Azienda di produzione di parmigiano reggiano con latte dei produttori della zona. Ambiente molto grande, molto pulito ed organizzato. Personale cortese e professionale. È presente un punto vendita con tantissimi prodotti della zona: parmigiano, ricotta, yogurt, salumi vari, miele, biscotti, farine ecc ecc

In giro sull'abetone, ci imbattiamo in questo posto per cas...eificio. Parmigiano Reggiano di diverse stagionature davvero molto buono con possibilità di sottovuoto. Ricotta e yogurt deliziosi. Da andarci attrezzati di borse frigo e ghiaccini. Manca uno spazio degustazioni/apericheese: peccato!!!

Dietro consiglio di una conoscente siamo andati in questo “spaccio” dove abbiamo comprato della ricotta freschissima, capocollo, burro e marmellata. Tutto veramente ottimo e la ricotta era superlativa!

12/03/2024: Small and intimate place with simple atmospheres but attention to detail, a true jewel of our hills managed impeccably. Traditional dishes presented with elegance and excellent flavours. Perfect for a romantic lunch or dinner for two, a real treat. We will definitely be back.
09/03/2024: A perfect lunch. The place was a pleasant surprise: elegant and soft atmosphere, background music that was absolutely to our liking. We enjoyed cappelletti in capon broth with truffles, tagliatelle, sliced ​​beef, potato and pumpkin millefeuille. We ended with 2 desserts, one with pistachio and the other with strawberries. Impeccable staff with exemplary kindness. Strongly recommended.
