We came to Insoljto because we searched the internet for a restaurant that did vegan food. Looking at it from the outside it looks like a dated but well-kept place, but upon entering you find a smiling and helpful welcome. The nice thing is that you find classic and vegan food combined, so that we can all eat together in harmony 🙂. I will definitely go back because there are vegan delicacies that you hardly find. WELL DONE!

Finally a vegan restaurant worthy of being one! The owners are very nice and helpful! Generous portions and extraordinarily good, but above all unique, dishes! Highly recommended even for those who are not vegan, the important thing is that what you eat is good!

07/04/2024: Place not too far from the Cavour metro, easily reachable with about fifteen seats outside, a few others inside at street level and others in the basement. The food is good and the menu is varied; from the starter to the second course, dessert and there is no shortage of sandwiches. Average servings and fairly good, quick service. Average prices for the place.
03/04/2024: Welcoming location: the room down the stairs, where we ate, was very nice (unlike the upstairs where the tables were a bit crowded). First superlatives: the amatriciana is very good but the cacio e pepe is truly exceptional. Too bad about the desserts which in our opinion need to be reviewed.

20/01/2024: Hamburger SUPER! 🍔 ingredienti freschi e di qualità! Abbiamo preso 2 panini di carne e uno vegetariano, il quale era veramente buonissimo non con la solita svizzera preconfezionata ! Veramente complimenti ⭐️ ⭐️ torneremo presto!
13/01/2024: Stunning place, corner 670 availability and quality first and foremost, the best burgers I've ever eaten, the piadinas are exceptionally good, the staff very kind, a perfect place to eat even in company with a group of friends and relatives. I will return often guaranteed
