Freundliche Bedienung, große Portionen, super Lage. Die Hauptstosszeiten wie Mittag sollte man vielleicht meiden da dann auch die beste Bedienung nicht hinterher kommt.

Nice restaurant with standard prices, waiters were likeable and the food was delicious. We had Gulaschsuppe mit Semmel (9,50€) and Germknödel mit Vanillesause (8,00€)

Ai piedi della seggiovia del Passo Giovo, si raggiunge dalla camminata invernale sia dalla SS 36 o dalla funivia di Racines, con 25' di cammino. La Malga dispone di tavolini fuori ma all'interno il locale è ampio anche se d'inverno ben affollato. La cucina è all'insegna dei piatti tipici tirolesi . Il presso adeguato. Da non mancare sulle piste

14/02/2024: A wonderful family-owned hotel that is definitely worth the trip. In fact, it’s one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had (and I’ve had many). The spa/sauna is very spacious and filled with natural light. The food is wonderful - the chef deserves a Michelin star. We stayed in one of the modern rooms which was fine, but next time we will try a classic room to compare. Looking forward to returning.
12/01/2024: The hotel is familiar, cozy and beautiful. You'll find something for everyone. From the SPA area to the slope recommendation… The food is fresh and good! And it's on the mountain. The view is simply wonderful.

Sandgruberhof

31/03/2024: Had an excellent meal there today. The bacon dumplings are really great. Likewise the tiramisu and the Kaiserschmarrn. Service was very friendly and the atmosphere was great too.
19/12/2023: We stayed at the Sandgruberhof twice. You have a very nice view from the terrace. But the vaulted cellar is also really beautiful. We can absolutely recommend shepherd’s macaroni and goulash with noodles. The price/performance ratio was okay. The service was friendly and attentive. A nice place that we would happily recommend.
