Delightful little place, nice atmosphere and delicious food... Really good!

After trekking in the area we stopped for something to eat at the Castagneto shop. The place, the food and above all the guys who run it are excellent. 5 stars well deserved.

At the last moment, around 8pm on a boring Saturday evening, to have dinner out. We phoned and found the restaurateur fully available even if very late. We find a welcoming, clean and well-furnished place. Limited menu but of substance and quality. After an appetizer well distributed in flavors, we tasted the pink ravioli with ricotta, pecorino and walnuts (fantastic) and then moved on to the duck breast cooked with lard and truffle (exquisite). Cooked to perfection. In short, a pleasant evening with a dinner above all expectations. We will certainly return to enjoy some other delicacies from the talented chef.

You arrive and you feel in paradise because from here only the greenery dominates endlessly..... And you feel at home, among the scents of the past, traditional Mugello dishes but with a young and innovative touch like the two boys who with courage and determination they embarked on this adventure.... Well done, really good because what you find is worth the journey👍

Cozy place to spend a family lunch, a dinner with friends while eating very well...now a point of reference for our lunches!! Good guys
