Very nice experience! We had the “2 courses” menu which comes with plenty of “asides” before and after the dishes. Stunning.

I think it's the best starred restaurant I've eaten at so far, on a par with Lehmann.
A Rossini crescendo of flavours, textures and extremely successful combinations with fresh, genuine products, almost entirely from their estate.
Congratulations to the chef, because if they continue like this I think they will earn more stars, imho obviously.
Blanca and Riccardo excellent room service, and also the chef, who came to greet me twice.
Absolutely super super super recommended.

Presentation and service deserving of its Michelin star!! Nikola, Ricardo and chef Ariel 👍🏻 each dish was professionally served with Ariel’s finishing touch and described by Ricardo. Flavour can be confusing as there are too many different components in play. Sommelier was very knowledgeable and service was impeccable. The butter and bread is to die for!! Loved the kale risotto! Scampi had a nice charred flavour. Interesting presentation of the desserts!

You enter a restaurant but in reality you enter a philosophy, a desire to tell the story of the territory, a sense of welcome from someone who wants to make the guest feel good, not because they are a customer but to share a lifestyle and food .
Freshness, fun, wisdom and respect for the products also offered by the property's own vegetable garden. A refined wine list completes the trepidation in tasting each course. You leave Saporium with the desire to return as soon as possible.

What can I say... there are no words to describe a sublime experience at ninety degrees... in this wonderful restaurant nothing is left to chance... everything has its own reason... an elegance from other times... for not to mention the staff... very professional and chosen with great care... starting from chef Ariel who with his dishes... makes you travel... while Riccardo... with a unique experience on his shoulders... .and what about Blanca...a bow in front of such beauty and elegance...she dances between the tables....I also thank the rest of the staff very much...I don't remember all the names....with all the my heart I recommend you go there 👏
