We had a great stay here. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. Nice location.

The best hotel of our trip, so far. The service provided by the staff was the best service I’ve received at any hotel in the world. All staff we encountered very kind and personable. They remembered small details and even got us a table at a restaurant we had been wanting to go to which required reservations we were unable to get on our own! Highly recommend this hotel and if we are back in Florence we will absolutely return.

It's best. The location was 10 minutes away from the station, and the hotel and rooms were nice because they contained the atmosphere of Florence. Breakfast is served as a buffet. Breakfast was also good. I definitely plan to visit again next time.

Pure luxe in an unbeatable location. Views from the rooftop pool and bar are spectacular. The rooms are beautifull appointed and recently renovated, and most have lovely views over the Piazza di Santa Maria Novello. I've stayed at other 5-star hotels in Florence and this is by far my favorite.

We had the best time at this hotel! We traveled to multiple cities in Italy and this one definitely made us feel relaxed and at leisure, slowing down our pace and enjoying some time pool side. Their dining options at the pool were great! Pastas and paninis available. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were nice. I'd return here again.

We just returned from Florence , our favorite city. This was our first time at this hotel recommended by our travel agent. What a great suggestion! It has the prefect combination of style, service and location. The staff is so welcoming and friendly; especially the front desk team who let me practice my Italian with them each day! Our room (511) overlooked the piazza. The view of the Duomo - night or day- never gets old. Breakfast was good with many choices. We also enjoyed dinner in the restaurant one night. We have high standards when it comes to hotels and Grand Hotel Minerva met them all. We can’t wait to stay there again on our next visit to Florence.
