We had lunch in this characteristic place in Gubbio, thanks to the indications of a local, yes, like in the old days. The writing at the entrance to the venue already says a lot. We chose a platter of cured meats and cheeses, a trio of pork rinds, tripe and livers, homemade first courses, and sliced ​​chicken. We didn't get to the desserts because we were really full. The bread, the testo and crescia pizza, served in paper bags, retained their aroma and fragrance as if they were freshly baked. Highly recommended🎉

Locale caratteristico, cibo buono ma ci saremmo aspettati di meglio, forse ci ha penalizzato l'essere arrivati tardi e aver trovato cuochi e camerieri stanchi dal servizio.

Per il we abbiamo deciso di soggiornare a Gubbio e per la cena abbiamo scelto questo locale un pò nascosto, ma in prossimità della via principale, e comunque caratteristico. Un bel tagliere di salumi e formaggi per antipasto, abbondante anche per 2 persone (forse non proprio fatta al momento la crescia in quanto duretta). Per secondo un buon spezzatino di cingliale molto morbido ed abbondante accompagnato da un buon calice di vino. Un pò troppo chiassosi gli altri commensali Onesto il conto

05/03/2024: After visiting the hermitage and the waterfalls I recommend a stop in this bar where you will find a delicious savory cake not to mention the cake with banana and walnuts... the managers are young guys with a great desire to do... well done
19/02/2024: Refreshment point (no restaurant, no bar, no lounge bar) so if you have trouble looking for the chic place, continue walking towards Navigli. Very friendly and approachable guys good food very quiet and characteristic place I recommend it spring and autumn to enjoy the tranquility of the village to avoid running into rivers of people that would ruin the atmosphere
