La Carpasina In Carpasio

29/03/2024: We had breakfast at the counter. Coffee, Cappuccino, Pistachio Brioches and Focaccia with Onions. All good but I saw that they are a brewery and I think their strong point is the many beers on tap. Must try again

30/12/2023: We happened upon this brewery by chance to have an aperitif: we drank some well-prepared cocktails, a good beer and a soft drink, all accompanied by a generous plate of appetizers. In short, everything already seemed perfect, but there's more! I want to point out the kindness and honesty of the staff at this brewery! After we had paid and were already walking along the street, we heard the waitress who had served us call us: she had chased us to give us back €6, explaining that they had made a mistake on the bill (which to us still seemed honest). In short, applause for this place, commendable in every sense!
