After waiting 15 minutes for an "appetizer mix" and finding a hair in it, I pointed it out to the shop assistant who said she would do it again in an almost annoyed tone. The boy who was with me asked if it was possible to put them in a bag to take them away and the shop assistant asked the boy to calm down in an impolite way. The hair inconvenience could happen to anyone but the long wait and the irascible behavior of the sales assistant left us a little disappointed and annoyed.

IT'S NOT FOR THOSE IN A RUSH! If you're hungry and in a hurry, it's better not to go to this place!! The service is very slow, plus in addition to waiting and then expecting to enjoy a super piadina, you'll eat a fairly poor piadina. It's very thick and not cooked. There are plenty of ingredients. let's say that it has plenty of ingredients but not the pasta itself! I, being a glutton, struggled to finish it because the pasta weighs you down plus it's not cheap at all less than 6 euros you don't spend... they make up for it by making you pay 1 euro for a small piadina with Nutella (the offer states that if you get a savory piadina with only 1 euro you can get a small one with Nutella) however at the place next door (the one that sells slices of pizza) text quickly and you'll fill up without weighing yourself down plus a piece of pizza costs 4 euros compared to waiting and spending 6....I recommend the place next door!! They are really too slow and expensive!

I go every weekend if possible, wide choice of flavours, see menu...😋🤗
