Magical place, warm and welcoming as if you were at home. I was last night in the company of dear friends for the first time and I must say that this restaurant deserves every recognition for which it has been awarded. Very kind, friendly and attentive staff. In addition to discovering and rediscovering the typical dishes of the Bergamo tradition, I recommend tasting the sweet casoncelli: tasty and with a truly particular flavour. For those passing through and wanting a purely Bergamo-style tasting, this stop absolutely cannot be missed. Thank you very much for the evening!

Special atmosphere last night at the Ciotola, very intimate.
Nice place, tastefully furnished and immersed in a particular world.
Attentive, efficient, cheerful and friendly staff.
I ordered the Val Calepio risotto and it was very tasty, plentiful, tasty and has that authentic flavor that makes you want to taste it again. Casoncelli for dessert, recommended, truly the best!

Great food and good ambiance! The service was attentive and had great recommendations. Highly recommend the Ravioli. The local wine is great too! Good experience overall!

Christmas decoration in March (why not, it's fun). The dishes are OK but nothing exceptional. I find it quite expensive for what it is. Not the best restaurant in Bergamo in my opinion.

After delicious pasta, we decided to order desserts. The tiramisu was delicious, but the second dessert called "casoncelli dolci della Ciotola" was terrible. Three pieces of "casoncelli" made with shugar paste, which tasted like a sugar cube and cost €8.50 - this should disappear from the menu as it is a typical tourist trap.

Historic restaurant located in Bergamo centre, close to the train station. Offering typical food. I had a salad and the pork knuckle. Everything tasty. Very professional and nice waiters. Good price.

Siamo capitati in zona durante una passeggiata per Bergamo e abbiamo deciso di fermarci per cena. Ho provato i Nusecc: involtini di verza ripieni di carne macinata al sugo e con un ottimo contorno di polenta. Davvero una buona cena, con il personale davvero disponibile e accogliente. COnsigliatissimo se siete in zona.
