It's worth taking a detour from the highway to Altomonte and enjoying the excellent ice cream at the Murano ice cream shop.....I recommend it 😋😋

Excellent cappuccino with cocoa and natural water. In some bars they don't even give you this, yet the price is the same, if not more!

The icing on the cake of the beautiful village of Altomonte is this bar... I traveled 200km to taste its "Donna Amalia" ice cream and it was worth it! All the other flavors are also delicious, worth tasting!

Artisanal ice cream shop, where you can enjoy an ice cream with a unique flavour, all fantastic flavours, but my favorite is the "Donna Amalia", an ice cream that you must try to understand what I'm talking about. Donna Amalia is the beautiful village of Altomonte awaits you together with its beautiful people and its delicious typical dishes

Welcoming place and friendly staff who fulfilled all our requests by providing us with good service, in particular a thick hot chocolate, a good spritz and a note of merit for the ice cream. The owner is really helpful and kind. Too bad about the out of tune piano. I highly recommend it.

16/01/2024: By chance but also by choice, I wanted to eat fish. I found it on Google map, I ate very well, everything fresh and well made, really satisfied. I'm just sorry I didn't have much of an appetite. The chef is extremely helpful and proactive. Highly recommended, if you are in Rossano go here without fail, you won't regret it I'm sure.
02/11/2023: I found it through Google, a surprise overall, small place, the food was all good, I'd definitely go back.

06/04/2024: Excellent granita and cannoli ice cream, it was once called Don Peppino, now it has changed to sikulys, in my opinion the quality is not affected for example the granita and less good than before the service leaves much to be desired once sitting at the table they have passed 15 minutes to order, after our insistence. I came back and tried the ice creams, they were really excellent. I confirm the goodness of the ice cream, the only discordant note, for me, are the prices of the cones, 3.50 for a medium cone, they seem really exaggerated to me
02/04/2024: For a Sicilian like me, a little corner of paradise in Cosenza. Very affordable prices and delicious ice creams (but also coffee and pastries)
