Very friendly waiter, excellent meal, top veal liver according to my husband, don't forget to order the garnishes because it's not part of the basic dish for the escalopes but otherwise too cool, adequate background music, quiet and warm neighborhood

Very good dishes, but rather small portions (see photo). If you have a good appetite it will do just fine. Excellent tiramisu, chocolate mousse not great. Impeccable service. Price a little expensive compared to the quantities. Nevertheless it is a good restaurant.

Everything was perfect! The food is an absolute masterpiece and the food choices are wide, the staff is super friendly - they gladly welcomed us and made sure we had a nice evening.The atmosphere is just amazing. There are tables inside as well as outside. Since the restaurant isn’t in the centre, you don’t have to worry about loud noises, instead you can enjoy your breakfast/lunch/dinner/etc. peacefully with quiet Italian music playing in the background. I really recommend you all to visit this restaurant at least once when you are in Venice, because it won’t leave you disappointed. I am sure that the next time, when im in Venice, i’ll visit ‘’La Colonna’’.

We had dinner on the first evening at Easter and we enjoyed it so much that we decided to return on Easter Monday! Excellent value for money! The service from Adam and Maurizio was friendly, very fast and very hospitable.

During our stay in Venice, we had lunch at the “La Colonna” restaurant. Very good address, with a beautiful terrace and a nicely decorated room. Taking advantage of the late schedule, we enjoyed a leisurely meal, the servers being very friendly despite the language barrier. We ate very good pasta with Spritz and a very good tiramisu for dessert. A good restaurant in Venice with affordable prices and good food! NB: The cat who accompanied our meal also shares this opinion; )

Loved everything about this place! We stayed just around the corner. This was the perfect end to our day. The food was lovely and the atmosphere couldn’t have been better. That people were friendly and engaging. It’s the kind of place that has a sleepy old cat snoozing on her pillow at the host table. Loved it!

The waiters were very accommodating, the lasagne unfortunately (as some reviews had previously read) seemed more like it had come from the microwave…
